ENDE, “Gestos Invisibles”, un disco elegante y cuidado

Ante todo ENDE es un grupo de rock elegante, de detalles cuidados y medidos, de textos elaborados, de arreglos sorprendentes y de directos inolvidables....

Con base en Málaga, los origenes hay que buscarlos en el primer grupo de los hermanos Iglesias, EMTY con los que ganaron el concurso Berja Rock (Almería), distribuyeron una maqueta y compartieron escenario con Danza Invisible, Saratoga, El Hombre Gancho y otros. Reconvertidos en DR. TIEMPO, nuevas maquetas y conciertos con Despistaos, Delinquentes, etc... Hasta llegar a ENDE.

Y ya con toda esta experiencia como equipaje, entre Julio de 2008 y Febrero de 2009 elaboraron en Madrid con los productores Ismael Guijarra y Pablo Cebrián (Fábula, Carmen París, Georgenia, Marwan) su primer disco que lleva por título GESTOS INVISIBLES en el que han volcado sus influencias de indie pop, rock español y estilo británico, melodías pop con sonidos crudos y contundentes cuidados hasta el mínimo detalle. Las letras se profundizan, se tornan más íntimas y con claros tintes psicológicos.

“Me despido”, para empezar... una lenta

“Amanecer” es el tema inicial, ENDE nos muestra su lado más potente, con guitarras y batería como protagonistas, al estilo Coldplay, el final se fusiona con “Me despido”, el primer single del disco, un tema más lento en el que el piano, los sutiles arreglos de guitarra y los ritmos sencillos dan paso a una letra íntima con un toque filosófico. Con “Castillos en la arena” vuelven las guitarras y los ritmos más modernos. “Un segundo”, “Otro día vendrá” y “Brilla” ofrecen sonidos acústicos, recordando en ocasiones a grupos como Oasis o Travis. El disco continúa con “Sueños”, un tema de melodías diferentes y arreglos de cuerdas con un toque Jeff Buckley. “Cuando te siento” y sobre todo “Espacio” elevan el tiempo y la potencia del disco al más puro estilo The Killers. Finalmente ENDE sorprende cerrando con el tema “Sigues teniendo esa estrella”, que cuenta con la letra más psicológica y los sonidos más acústicos del disco recordando a Damien Rice. Además el tema se completa con la colaboración de la artista venezolana Georgina.

Recientemente ENDE ha grabado un Videoclip de la canción “Me despido”. Este vídeo ha sido creado por dos directores de cortometrajes malagueños, Fernando Clemente y Eduardo Fernández.

ENDE, “Gestos Invisibles”, an elegant & carefully made CD

First of everything ENDE is an elegant rock band, of cares and measured details, with elaborate lyrics, of surprising arrangements and unforgettable live performances....

Based in Málaga (South Spain), the beggining must bee searched at the first group of the Iglesias brothers named EMTY with which won the Berja Rock Contest (Almería), distributed a demo and they shared stage with Danza Invisible, Saratoga, El Hombre Gancho and some other. Reconverted in DR. TIEMPO, new demos and concerts with Despistaos, Delinquentes, etc... Until arriving to ENDE.

And already with all this experience as a luggage, between July 2008 and February 2009 elaborated in Madrid with producers Ismael Guijarra and Pablo Cebrián (Fabula, Carmen París, Georgina, Marwan) his first record called GESTOS INVISIBLES (INVISIBLE GESTURES) title in which have knocked over his influences of indie pop, Spanish rock and British pop style, pop melodies with raw and conclusive sounds cares until the minimum detail. Lyrics are deepened, are gone back more intimate and with clear dyes psychological.

“Me despido”, to start... a slow song

“Amanecer” is the first cut, ENDE shows us his stronger side, with guitars and drums as leading men, to the Coldplay style, the end is fused with “Me despido”, the first hit single, a slow song in which the piano, the subtle guitar arrangements and simple rhythms give step to an intimate letter with a philosophic dab. With “Castillos en la arena” and rhythms more modern. “Un segundo”, “Otro día vendrá” and “Brilla” offer acoustic sounds, remembering sometimes to groups as Oasis or Travis. The record continues with “Sueños”, a different melody topic and arrangements of cords with a dab Jeff Buckley. “Cuando te siento” and above all “Espacio” raise the time and the potency of the record to the purest style The Killers. Finally ENDE surprises closing with the song “Sigues teniendo esas estrella”, that has the most psychological letter and the most acoustic sounds of the record remembering to Damien Rice. Also the song is completed with the collaboration of the Venezuelan artist Georgina.

Recently ENDE has recorded a video of the song “Me despido”. This video has been created for two short film directors from Málaga, Fernando Clemente and Eduardo Fernández.
